Fatal Shooting Occurs in New Albany Monday Night

Union County Coroner Pam Bowman confirmed that two individuals had been shot and killed in a late night altercation on Monday.

The shooting occurred at the Albany Acres Apartment Complex. Three individuals were involved in the shooting.

The case is currently being handled by local authorities and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.

The names of those killed has not yet been released by Bowman and the Coroner’s office.
