Missing Kansas Woman Found Dead in West Memphis
On Tuesday morning, the Crittenden County, Arkansas Sheriff’s Department reported the discovery of a missing pastor wife’s vehicle with an unidentified body in the driver’s seat.
Sheriff Mike Allen state’s that a family member searching for Marline Carter discovered the vehicle around 11 A.M. The vehicle was apparently hidden from view.
The body has not been identified, but the department says it is safe to presume it is Mrs. Carter.
The vehicle was discovered inside a shipping container on private property, which the sheriff said is usually gated and locked.
Carter was reported missing after embarking on a road trip to Alabama to visit with her parents. Her last known location was purchasing gas in West Memphis.
Foul play is currently not suspected.
