First-grade students at Ingomar Attendance Center visited Pumpkin Patch Farms on Thursday. The students learned about pumpkins and various farm animals during the trip, according to school officials.
Students also had the opportunity to pick their own pumpkins to take home. The event aimed to combine outdoor education with seasonal festivities, the school said.
This trip was part of the school’s fall activities, fostering hands-on learning and community engagement, officials added.
