First-grade students at Ingomar Attendance Center visited Pumpkin Patch Farms Thursday as part of a fall learning activity, according to a post from the school.
Students learned about pumpkins and various farm animals during the visit. They also had the opportunity to pick out and take home their own pumpkins from the patch, the post said.
The event was part of the school’s seasonal activities, aimed at providing hands-on learning experiences for the students, the post added.
