Union County teen reported missing from children’s home

A Union County teen has been reported as missing from a North MS childrens home.

Yasmine Shamblin and another teen were reported missing on September 28th.

From the Lee County Sheriff’s Dept:

On September 28, 2021, the Lee County Sheriff’s Department was notified of two juvenile females that had run away from Faith Haven, a home for children.

Patrol deputies responded and searched the area in an attempt to locate the juveniles. Yasmine Shamblin (15 Y/O) of Union County, MS, (pictured in the red shirt) left the property around 08:30pm on September 28th, and have not returned.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigation Division is trying to locate both juveniles. If you have any knowledge of the whereabouts, please contact the Lee County Sheriff’s Department or call 911 to report the information.
