New Albany High School hosts homecoming parade in downtown Saturday

Downtown New Albany will host the New Albany High School homecoming parade Saturday afternoon, according to school officials.

Parked vehicles on Bankhead Street must be moved by 3 p.m. to prepare for the parade and pep rally, the school said. Authorities urge residents, shoppers, and downtown workers to clear the street in advance.

Event organizers asked community members to spread the word to ensure a smooth event. The parade is part of the school’s homecoming celebration. The school also expressed appreciation for residents’ cooperation, and encouraged support for the Bulldogs.
