Museum Makers Night Offers Community Space for Creatives in New Albany
New Albany’s Art House will host Museum Makers Night on October 1 from 6 to 8 p.m., offering a free space for artists and creatives of all skill levels to gather and work on their projects.
Participants are encouraged to bring their latest creative work. The event is not a class and does not provide supplies but aims to foster community among artists and hobbyists, according to organizers.
The event provides an opportunity for attendees to connect with other creatives, share ideas, and potentially find inspiration for new projects. It welcomes everyone, from beginners to experienced artists.
The Art House is located at 205 Faulkner Way in New Albany. Attendees are encouraged to bring a friend and enjoy the creative community the event aims to cultivate, organizers said.
RSVPs can be submitted through a provided link. The event is supported by local media and community organizations, including New Albany Gazette, Main Street Association, and Mississippi Public Broadcasting.
