The Ingomar Band had the opportunity to receive an encouraging message from Zeke Listewbee, a musician and native of the Ingomar community, according to a post from the school.
Listewbee, who has recently recorded in London and collaborated with producers of several major artists, has also composed for movies such as “The Color Purple,” the post said.
The visit was part of the #FalconsSOAR initiative, which aims to inspire students through connection with successful local figures.
School officials and students expressed gratitude for Listewbee’s support and shared the message as a source of motivation for the band and the wider school community.
