All vendors who paid their fees for Tallahatchie Riverfest have received their official vendor packets via email, according to organizers. The packets were sent out by 6 p.m. and include details on check-in, load-in, parking, setup, and festival-day instructions.
Organizers advised vendors to check their primary email inbox and, if necessary, their spam, junk, or promotions folders for an email from visitnewalbany@gmail.com. They emphasized the importance of reviewing the packet carefully.
Vendors will also receive a text reminder later this week with the same information. When arriving at the event, vendors are asked to have their email or a printed copy of the packet available to facilitate quick verification during check-in, which aims to ensure a smooth process.
The Tallahatchie Riverfest is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26, in historic downtown New Albany.
