Twenty-three New Albany businesses are participating in a holiday shopping event Sunday, Nov. 8, where shoppers can enter to win a total of $2,000 in Main Street Money.
Customers can enter by making a purchase at a participating business during the Holiday Open House, scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m. Each purchase earns an entry, according to event organizers.
Eighteen winners will receive prizes: one $500 award, two $250 awards, five $100 awards and 10 $50 awards. Organizers said a live drawing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on the New Albany Main Street Facebook page.
