Students at New Albany High School are celebrating the start of Homecoming Spirit Week. The festivities kicked off Monday with Salad Dressing Day.
Participants were encouraged to dress according to their chosen ‘dressing,’ including options like ranch for cowboy or Western themes, and Thousand Island for tropical or beach themes. Other dressings included French for French-inspired outfits, Italian for Italian-inspired attire, Greek for Greek-inspired looks, blue cheese for wearing blue, and honey mustard for gold or yellow outfits.
School officials reminded students to adhere to the school’s dress code while getting creative with their costumes. The week aims to boost school spirit and participation as students prepare for upcoming homecoming events.
