Students at NAHS who maintained perfect attendance during the first nine weeks of school were rewarded with Walmart gift cards, according to school officials.
Participants were entered into a drawing, and the winners were selected at random. Each student received a $100 gift card, the school said.
School administrators emphasized the importance of attendance and congratulated the students for their commitment to regular attendance.
The school did not specify how many students participated or how many winners were chosen.
