Students in grades 2-8 invited to free STEAM Break event March 9-12

Students in grades 2 through 8 are invited to participate in a free STEAM Break event from March 9 to 12, running daily from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., according to organizers.

The event features a variety of hands-on activities designed to engage students in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Participants can sign up online through a provided link.

On Wednesday, March 11, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., students will explore blues music with teaching artist Mark Maharrey. Participants will have the opportunity to play music and create their own instruments during the workshop.
