Nita Hardin Takes Second Place in Regional Poetry Contest

The Union County Heritage Museum announced that Nita Hardin of New Albany, Mississippi, secured second place in the North Mississippi Regional Poetry Out Loud competition. Hardin will advance to represent the museum at the upcoming state contest in Jackson.

The museum congratulated Hardin on her achievement. Her recitations can be viewed on the museum’s TikTok account at https://www.tiktok.com/@ucheritagemuseum, according to the museum.
